Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
What are your shipping times?
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 7-15 business days
- Standard Shipping (International): 10-20 business days
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or weather conditions.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Aura Luxe Home Decor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You must also provide proof of purchase.
Personalized or final sale items cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How do I start a return?
To request a return, please email hello@auraluxehomedecor.com with your order details.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Do you offer exchanges?
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please email hello@auraluxehomedecor.com for assistance.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at hello@auraluxehomedecor.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@auraluxehomedecor.com.
Product & Policy Exceptions
Which items are non-returnable?
We do not accept returns on:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
